At CPS we don't claim to be different, in fact, we're not big on claiming anything. However, clients typically engage CPS year on year and tell us that we are different.

Operating Model

CPS is a privately owned and independent business.

Practitioners are not accountable to shareholders; this brings a different perspective and enables straightforward and transparent behaviours. There is a near perfect positive correlation between long-term Value delivered for clients and Reward to the consultant.

CPS Practitioners are focused exclusively on delivering substantial value for clients, seeking out engagements that offer intellectual challenge that will also enhance and extend their professional reputation.

At CPS, Overheads are low; Practitioners are not distracted by the need to sell; Relationships are simple.
